Description
  • The purpose of this project is to help FEMA’s Office of the CFO collect, prepare, and produce those weekly reports. The driver behind the mandate is to avoid waste, fraud, and abuse and to provide specific information to ensure accountability.
  • HUD awarded to Booz Allen Hamilton which sourced D3 as the small business firm of choice.

  • Gather data and reports from a variety of sources
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with data and report providers
  • Extract data from FEMA’s internal data sources and compile into one report
  • prepare weekly reports for delivery to Congress in Excel

  • Participate in identifying opportunities for improvement Support quality testing.
