From the North/East: Interstate 95/Baltimore Washington Parkway (Rte. 295) - Follow Baltimore Washington Parkway South until it splits into Kenilworth Avenue/New York Avenue. Take the New York Avenue exit. Follow New York Avenue. Make a right onto I (eye) Street and first left onto 11th Street. Make a right onto G Street and your next right onto 12th Street. The parking garage for 700 12th Street will be halfway down the block down the alley by our building on the left.

From the South: Interstate 395 North towards Washington, DC. Cross over the 14th Street Bridge towards the District. Stay to your right on the bridge following signs for 395 North. Take the L’Enfant Promenade/12th Street Exit. Veer to your left following signs for 12th Street (this exit places you on 12th Street). The parking garage for 700 12th Street will be halfway down the block down the two-way alley on the left between G and H Streets.

From the West: Interstate 66 East towards Washington, DC. Cross over the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge into the District. Bear left coming off the bridge, and take the E Street exit. Once on the exit, bear to your right to E Street. Make a left onto 18th Street. Make a right onto H Street (1st right after crossing Pennsylvania Ave.) Make a right onto 13th Street. The parking garage for 701 13th Street and 700 12th Street will be halfway down the block down the two-way alley on the left.

Take Interstate 275 South from Tampa or North from Bradenton/Sarasota to Interstate 375 (Exit 23) to Beach Drive NE. Turn right onto Beach Drive NE and go to Second Avenue NE.

Turn right onto Second Avenue NE and go one block to First Street NE. Turn right onto First Street NE. The entrance to the parking garage will be on your right.
