"Some regard private enterprise as if it were a predatory tiger to be shot. Others look upon it as a cow that they can milk. Only a handful see it for what it really is - the strong horse that pulls the whole cart."

— Winston Churchill

Requirements Management

Successful requirements management requires balance, communication and adjustment through the entire Systems Development Life Cycle. There is an important balance that needs to be achieved through diligent communication between stakeholders during the course of the project. A holistic approach is used to analyze and capture exactly how sub-systems and processes will integrate with the system. Structured methodologies, tools, and significant design experience are essential to capturing all components and how they will interact with the system.

Managing requirements is not always about documenting what the client wants, but also assisting the client in determining what they need. We like to engage the developers early in the process to assist in clearly identifying and refining the requirements. Our philosophy is to use a formal best practices approach that mitigates risk and ensures that the project stays on course throughout the entire development lifecycle.
